You agree that the PayPal account you use is yours and you are solely responsible for any payments made from it or that you have the consent of the owner of said account. If you do not have their permission to send a payment, do not send a payment to us. If you do so, it will be your liability, not ours, and the payment will remain non-refundable.

By buying from, you do not receive immunity to our rules. The server staff reserve the right to ban a player from our server and no refund will be given if they violate of our server rules. Ban appeals can be made on our server forums.

Though it is unlikely that we do so, we reserve the right to change the perks that are given you when you donate to our server without notice.

Perks given after payment are to show our appreciation for your donation. You are making a donation towards the costs of any server costs such as hosting the server, hosting the site, advertising, new plugins, etc to keep the server alive and well.

Our server has been operating for many years, and will likely continue operating for years into the future, however we reserve the right to close, close the server at any time.

All information is processed by third-parties such as PayPal, you can refer to their privacy policies for more information. Refunds for any reason can be requested within 14 days of purchase. Refunds within 30 days can be offered with good reason. PayPal chargebacks will result in permanent suspension of access to our services, with your progress online undone. If you have a genuinely sincere reason for requesting a refund, contact us and it will be considered. 

If there are any leftover funds in the server account, a percentage of the money will be distributed among members of staff and developers, designers as a reward for their hard work on the server.
